Monthly Rentals in Alnmouth

Fantastic location, underfloor heating lovely. Happy overall. It’s a shame the local pubs/inns didn’t provide food on a nightly basis. Lovely food when available. Hope and Anchor does good food at a cost!!!!! Sun Inn great and very welcoming.

Very well-equipped kitchen including scales and measuring jug, so set up for proper cooking! Beautiful bed linen and towels, lovely cosy duvet. Appreciated the welcome packs, one of tea, coffee etc. and one of washing-up requisites. House very clean & warm - had to turn down the central heating! Quirky seaside-themed decor. Neighbour helpfully put wheely-bin out & in again, otherwise you'd be dragging it through the living room. We enjoyed the novelty of being able to walk to Post Office, shops, pubs etc. (at home we're 4 miles from nearest). Parking tricky at Easter (but we were warned in the info!) Great wee retreat for a couple. Excellent deli opposite, great crab sandwich at the Sun Inn. Lots of public footpaths to neighbouring villages as well as coastal trail, so plenty of walking opportunities."

We had a fabulous stay at John’s place! The house was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. It was cosy and warm when we arrived and comfortable sofas and bed! We would definitely stay again!

We had a perfect New Year stay at Emma's Suite. It was easy to find, with clear instructions to find the property and to get in. It was beautiful and clean and we felt right at home from the minute we got there. Dorothy bobbed by to say hello and make sure we had everything we needed and Catherine popped by half way through our 10 day stay to offer us clean sheets and towels - which was a lovely gesture and very welcome. The weather was freezing whilst we were there but we were not cold at all but felt warm and cosy every day. The place is beautiful and peaceful and is located on a working farm and has fabulous views across the fields to the sea. A car is needed to get about but you can walk into Alnmouth - it took us about 40 minutes. Alnmouth is lovely with plenty of places to eat, have a drink and has a fabulous beach. This is a fantastic location for exploring the Northumberland coast and exploring local towns and castles.
