The stay was great and the apartment corresponds exactly with the information of the listing, quiet neighborhood, no noise, close to good restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, mini malls and more. Beyond the space perfectly meets the needs of a family of 4 (as was our case). We thank the owner Mr. Marcio, for the proatity in his service with us and clarity in the Check-in and Checkout instructions that helped us a lot. As soon as possible we will be back for sure.

I loved staying in this apartment Very well ventilated, cozy and well located. Ivanice is a great host and gave recommendations from supermarkets, restaurants etc. I highly recommend it.

Great stay, comfortable bed, everything clean and organized, air-conditioning. I just wish I could have had the view of the city and to be able to open the windows, as the location is very good. But overall a great experience.
