Really lovely place to stay. Well equipped, cosy and John was a very good communicative host.

Lovely, very well equipped accommodation, with everything of excellent quality. Extremely dog friendly- Sally even provides a sheet to allow fur babies to sleep on the bed which ours does, with easy access to the secure garden. We spent a very comfortable 4 days and would return.

First off what an amazing host. We were welcomed with a lovely message and some delicious treats, the accommodation was perfect in every way so clean and tidy and very accessible. Having the mezzanine floor is such an amazing addition when you book for a teenager as well. Arguably the best accommodation I’ve had the pleasure of booking yet.

Our first stay here but it certainly won't be our last. Lovely private accomodation,ideal for two with easy parking Everything you could need for your stay. well maintained with quality furniture and spotlessly clean. Easy walk through the woods into Ampthill with selection shops, Waitrose and good choice of places to eat.
