Monthly Rentals in Aptos Hills-Larkin Valley

Enjoyed my stay. Studio was clean and had all the amenities that someone would need for a stay. Outdoor shower was a unique experience but also had enough privacy to feel comfortable using. Studio itself was also quiet with enough privacy. Check in was simple and easy. Aptos is a great little town; biker friendly, trails close by and beaches are a quick drive or a decent walk away. Chris was responsive and a pleasure to chat with and get to know. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Marise and Jon’s place was fantastic. It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but easy to access so many shops and restaurants in Aptos, and close enough to Seascape, Capitola, Santa Cruz, etc. We stayed for a month and a half with our dog. The backyard was perfect, and there’s a walking trail behind the house. The wifi was great (zero issues while we were there). Lots of hot water - and the hosts are incredibly friendly. We highly recommend their home for a visit.

We had a great time at the condo! It had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was charming. Friendly neighbors and even some cute cats hanging around outside to pet. The pool is not heated but it got hot enough to swim! The hot tub was nice too! The beds were comfortable, and the pull-out couch was a nice bonus when I fell ill and needed to be separate from my husband. I loved being able to walk to the beach or the store, and while we only used the scooters once, it was great to have them available. The laundry area uses coins but you can also pay with an app which was really convenient. Anytime I had a question, I got a very quick response. The kitchen is stocked with spices and plenty of pots and pans and utensils for cooking. The trash/recycling area is close right behind the parking spot as well so it’s easy to just take the trash out when you leave! There is an air fryer and a toaster oven etc. It felt safe and would definitely recommend 10/10.

When you step out of the Airbnb, you'll have this beautiful view of the ocean you can walk to. The location is fantastic and the hosts were so accommodating and responsive! You can hear the footsteps of the family that lives above you but it didn't bother us at all. The room felt larger than they looked in the listing pictures as well. Overall great place to stay!
