I spent one month in Esther's flat, and I'm happy with my experience. First, Esther is very friendly, gave me great recommendations for places and villages to visit in the area, and where to buy some specific products I needed, and she was texting from time to time if I need anything or if I feel comfortable in the flat. I felt comfortable in the flat. It is spacious, well equiped, modern design and equipemts, the bed is comfortable, the windows help with outside noise insulation, and the flat keeps a good temperature inside. There are several supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants at few minutes walk. There is a mall and premium cinema in the town at 20min walk; and a sport club at 10min. The bus station is at 1min walking from the flat and the train station at 7min. It is easy to go to Santander, and well connected to villages and towns if you want to be in nature, hike, or discover the region.

Maria José, she was friendly, attentive, close, worried about the inclement of the weather and advised us places to visit and their availability for any eventuality. The apartment is comfortable, modern, clean, good views and well equipped. We spent some very pleasant days.

The apartment is just as you see in the photos, the apartment is not huge, that is, the bathroom is huge, comfortable and practical, enough for 3 or 4 people, and the house has all kinds of appliances, as well as an Italian coffee maker, in addition to having a radiant floor that is very happy to walk in socks there. As for the location it is in a quiet neighborhood, with very easy parking right in front of the house, and in a matter of 5 minutes or less walking you reach Plaza de Aguilar. Totally recommended, I will definitely repeat when I stayed in the area.
