Monthly Rentals in Arlington

Amazing stay! I stayed for my internship and it was the perfect location, as I only had to take a nice close bus stop to ballston! I thought the place was very affordable, given the location, and very close to bus stops. Costco was only a 10 minute bus ride from the place! Sarah was always mega responsive and always on it. Always kept me in the loop and even got me sweet treats! She super awesome and always tries to be super mindful of you (at least for me). 100% recommend this place, and not to mention the entire neighborhood is so beautiful!! It's extremely lush and very nice to walk around. 100% would do this again if I had an internship in the area, seriously cannot beat.

I had a wonderful stay at Cigdem's place during my summer internship in Tysons! Great place in a convenient, safe location - you can quickly drive or walk/metro pretty much anywhere you'd need to go. Hosts are very friendly and responsive to questions/issues! Very sweet and generous family, they even kindly offered me a homemade sweet treat or other tasty item every now and then! During the day, expect some normal sounds of kids playing upstairs, but it's nothing too distracting if you bring a sound machine. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would certainly return in the future!

Lali was a great host, and the stay was delightful - especially for the steal of a price (for NoVA). Having a private porch was nicer than I was expecting, as I used it much more than I anticipated. A few things that I wanted to call out, mentioning some items that I noticed from other reviews: 1) While the ceilings are low, you won't have to be concerned about hitting your head unless you are exceptionally tall. I am 6'2 and could feel my hair touching the lowest parts; any shorter and this is absolutely no issue. The area with the washer/dryer does have a lower ceiling though, so watch your head there (Well kept area, and the washer and dryer worked great). 2) I did not have any issues with the street parking during my 3 month stay here. Almost every time, there was an open spot basically right in front of the property. If there ever wasn't, I could find parking on the same street a few houses down. Overall a delightful stay, and I would absolutely recommend it.

Had the absolute best time staying at Alicia and family’s home. Basement unit did not feel like a lower level at all. Huge windows let amazing light in no matter the weather. Stayed for a month and fell in love with the neighborhood and area. Easy access to bus and walkable to downtown Georgetown. Could cook my own meals or order from many many local restaurant options.
