We had such a lovely warm greeting from Miriam when we arrived, which was so welcoming after a long day of travelling. She had provided us with a few snacks and OJ, which is something we loved. The whole house was spotless. It had everything you would need for your stay and was located in a peaceful area. A car is recommended while staying here and you have your own parking space. We loved our stay and hope to be back again. If we had to nit-pick, we found it a little hard to get to sleep as we’re used to being in the country and having complete darkness. Here you only have blinds and the lights did shine in from a security light outside the front & back. But once we nodded off, it was for the whole night, so it really is just a small thing.

Our stay was perfect! Great location! Very clean! So quite! The kitchen was so nice & well stocked with snacks & coffee. We loved the farm! The horses & the sweet dogs, Buddy & Trixie. We enjoyed our stay so much! Ron & Debbie

Staying here was a true joy! I spent a week attending classes at New Approach, a nearby jewelry school. The airbnb's proximity was the main reason I chose to stay there, but once I drove down their long drive and saw the property, I realized this would be a nature lover's respite after long days of classes. From the effortless check in, to the generous snacks and coffee awaiting me inside, to the cozy, fully and comfortably furnished space itself (fabulous pillows on the bed and a MASSAGE CHAIR in the living room), to zthe 2 farm dogs who'd randomly choose to grace me with their presence while outside...all of my time in Mark and Charlotte's space on their property was lovely. You won't find many options for restaurants and stores in the 10-15min immediate vicinity, so picking up some groceries before you check in might be helpful. Mark and Charlotte themselves are welcoming, friendly, helpful, easy going hosts who I hope I get to stay with again in the future.

if you want a relaxing country retreat this is the place. The surroundings are tranquil and peaceful with horses and dogs. The barn apartment is cozy with every amenity you could want. truly a memorable getaway. Elizabeth, the host, is just like family and will treat you like that. We had an amazing stay. our children loved the dogs and the game room. We can't wait to go back!
