A fairly spacious space, very nice, tidy, clean, there was nothing missing. Everything is very new as described in the listing, Alicia is a very friendly person, flexible with departure and entry time. Miguel, the person who greeted me at the entrance of the accommodation very friendly also. 10/10 to repeat without a doubt if I come back in Valladolid 😁😁

An experience to repeat and totally recommended, the house is the same or better than in the photos of the listing. Jose luis was flexible with the arrival time and very attentive to us.

Great environment. Perfect place for those who are a student, as it is close to the Universidad de Valladolid. There are markets very close by, a huge park practically next to the building block and a bus stop across the street. Extremely comfortable, spacious and clean room. The bathroom is also excellent. The atmosphere is quite peaceful. The site is 20 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor and approximately 35 minutes from Estación de Autobuses. The way to Plaza and Estación is super quiet. So you won't have a problem. And if you prefer, there are nearby bus stops that can take you to these locations. Lorena always proactive, quickly answering any questions in any means of communication.

Accommodation with all amenities and a fabulous terrace very usable in the warm months. The place had everything we needed, not a single appliance was missing. Very comfortable, the ideal temperature despite the cold outside. Cleaning and ordering👌🏻.
