Without doubt Rachel’s Place is one of the best Air B n B places to stay in Christchurch and we have stayed at a few during our daughter’s 4 years at UC. From the complimentary bottle of wine and welcome note, thru to milk and butter in the fridge we were left not wanting for anything. The attention to detail was exceptional as was the cleanliness. On arrival we noticed something needed fixing ( possible knocked down by the cleaners and possibly not even known about by the owners). We messaged via the app and received an answer immediately and it was fixed the very next day. What more can I say! Awesome location, great hosts, and exceptional value for money. We will be back!

Its the only place we've ever stayed where we could leave the front sliding door open all night - we felt so secure (and it was hot! ) Lovely hosts, great shower, comfy bed , easy access, very generous breakfast and friendly dogs. We felt very special staying at Janie's Place. Thank you.

This is a superb accommodation in a great location nearby the airport. The house is very clean and perfectly suited for a family. Would definitely recommend.

Incredible place to stay! Beautiful home and was so nice & relaxing - Elizabeth made things so easy and left the cutest note & bubbly for us girls the morning of getting ready for my wedding 🥹🥹 would 100% stay again 💕

We had a very enjoyable stay and really wished we could have stayed longer. The cottage is in a very pretty and quiet setting, spotlessly clean and so very comfortable in all respects. Corinne and Stefan are excellent hosts and it was lovely to meet them. Highly recommended.

Well the pictures instantly appealed- but it’s much larger in real life. The accessibility for me of being able to check in at 9pm was very helpful and as I had a lot of gear with me having the door at the front was very useful for loading and unloading. The details in the memrobilia were very interesting and yet a classic collection that was visually appealing A very classy apartment. Also much warmer and quieter that I had expected.
