I just wanted to Thank Anthony for such a beautiful place & an exceptional stay for the month. Everything exceeded my expectation & I absolutely love taking the bike to the boardwalk right on the beach. Having access to the beach, chairs & amazing amenities within walking distance reminded me of my place in florida which I absolutely loved. Everything was very clean & felt like hotel quality. I would love to stay at his place again.. it was beyond perfect! Thank you again for making me feel so at home.

the house was immaculate. the location, in Long Beach, is terrific if you have certain needs. a simple walk to a stunning Long Island beach, for me, is priceless surprised at the great restaurants.. legitimate Italian, real deal Irish, Thai, Asia Fusion all within a few steps from the house. Even more if you are willing to get in the car and head toward the LIRR station. and that is another highly valuable aspect of this location that people may not fully appreciate.. all you have to do is drive ten minutes to the train station, get on one of many trains into the city, and enjoy Manhattan without any hastle. Be aware that Long Beach is a busy, tightly arranged suburban town with narrow streets and limited parking. This house has a garage which makes everything so much easier to manage. Kevin is responsive, professional, and flexible. He was very patient with my changes which makes a return so much more likely.
