We were me, my son, fiancé and we love! A “setback” occurred for the good and Maria was super flexible with the time of entry. Upon arriving he gave us videos (super explanatory) of how to check in and how to locate us inside the condominium. Then he went to receive us and it was super solicitation and there were some candies and snacks greeting us. Apê Clean, cozy and close to supermarkets, bakery and the beach too (one line). Location and space are excellent, only the resalva of that but photos we saw there are barbecue and swimming pool in the building but it is only for residents, so it should not be included as an attraction of the place.
