We had an absolutely amazing time at Vama Homestead. The rooms were spacious and clean.. The host Vardaan Chawla (more of a friend) is absolutely a gem of a person..going out all the way to make our stay a memorable one..Explained us about the area and other topography..Accompanied us to a small river side hike which was absolutely stunning sight..The staff were attentive as well prompt and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable..and last but not the least being a foodie group we were served with best of lip smacking dishes throughout our stay.. Breakfast, lunch, hi tea, barbeque snacks and dinner were quite elaborate made with best of ingredients.. I know it's a bit long review but am compelled to write for the great hospitality we received.. It had everything we could wish for...If planning for a quiet, no hassles great location awesome food then just go for it.. You won't regret.. Only thing to keep in mind is there a small trek from parking to reach the resort..

The stay was absolutely perfect. Location is quaint and beautiful. Proper home cooked food. Rooms were spacious and tidy. All in all it was a well maintained place. Definitely recommend to all.

A Perfect Staycation at Lal Kothi! Our stay at Lal Kothi was great. From the moment we arrived, Swapna aunty and Reggie uncle made us feel like family, with their warm hospitality and welcoming nature. Chef Sameer Sewak’s culinary skills were top-notch—every meal was a delightful experience! The property itself is stunning, offering breathtaking views, cozy interiors, and a peaceful retreat in nature. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway with a personal touch, Lal Kothi is the place to be. Can’t wait to visit again!

I stayed here for a fortnight, and my experience was fantastic—homely and peaceful. Mr. Anand and his family took exceptional care of us, providing useful information and assistance whenever needed, always just a call away. The new and clean utensils with all necessary kitchenette were provided and is worth the mention. The safety and security at this property are excellent, making it highly recommended for solo travelers. Mr. Stephen, the co-host, was also very supportive , helpful and friendly. In short, we had a blissful stay surrounded by beautiful nature—a true home away from home !!
