Monthly Rentals in Balnagown River

Brett's cottage is outstanding. The surroundings were tranquil. wish I had the time to explore more whilst staying in the cottage as Shandwick was so lovely. Would recommend this little piece of serenity to anyone looking to explore the north Highlands.

The Granny Flat in Tain is perfect for a short break. It’s clean and spacious enough for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The fridge was loaded with breakfast for my stay so no need to go shopping first. Ample coffee, tea, pepper and salt you name it I will be staying there again as I will be visiting Tain regularly.

We spent 9 nights at Rowanberry Bothy over the Christmas holidays and we had an amazing time. The bothy is beautifully decorated and is in a very quiet and peaceful setting. Its location was perfect for us to explore much of the highlands. Carol and Alex are wonderful hosts, they made us feel welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. They provided us with firewood for the fireplace, dairy and cereal for our entire stay which was most welcome. Carol was always quick to respond to any questions we had, and actively checked up on us to make sure everything was perfect. We hope we will be able to return again in the future!
