Monthly Rentals in Ban Kum

This is a nice room, exactly as in the photos. Trees in front of the window make the room more private. Not far from the sea. One minus - pigeons by the pool. I don’t trust them, but I understand - I also like such huge pools.

We loved our stay in this apartment a lot! This is a very cosy and quiet place with lots of cute details. The room is quite big with two sofas and a bed. The kitchen is equipped very well. The internet was fast and stable, easy to use. Would be nice to have a mosqito net as there are many mosqitos in this property. The condominium itself is located in the south of Cha Am, very far from the centre so you'll have to use bicycles to move around, those can be rented in the condo with first hour free of charge. They are important to go to Makro, night market or some cafes. There are a few cafes and a 7/11 in 1 km distance from the condo though, those can be accessed by foot. There are lots of wild dogs in the area which was scary at first but they were not aggressive to us. Although the condo is located really far from center with its cafes and massage salons it has benefits of being very quiet, almost no traffic around, you can hear lots of birds singing in the morning which is really beautiful. The territory is large with wonderful big swimming pool, gym and nice seats near the pool. Ideal place for calm rest and relaxation in the nature with no traffic and crowds.
