Il Rifugio is a special place. Intimate and decorated with great personality. It could only be in the setting of Montescudaio, an enchanting village, with an amazing view from every angle. I chose it for the great location, both from the many beaches and seaside towns, and to reach all the various beauties of Tuscany. Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa Lucca, Florence, etc... I'm really satisfied. And as I said to Francesco, I'll definitely be back. 🙋🏻‍♂️

We felt very comfortable in Linda and David's house and enjoyed the two weeks there very much. The house is well located, easily accessible, in a quiet and green environment with sea view. Everything is the same as in the pictures and description. David personally welcomed us and showed us everything. He is very nice and helpful, also proactively inquired about our well-being in the house when it was cool and rainy. The only criticism from our point of view is the somewhat meager cleanliness in the bathroom and kitchen. We would still recommend this house with the beautiful garden. Thanks to Linda & David.

Everything went very well, Giovanni was very kind and also his wife we met at checkout. Very quiet and peaceful area, comfortable bed and spacious rooms.

The little house is beautiful, in a quiet and secluded area. It has a lovely garden with views of the hills. We found the house super clean and very nice. Franco and Fiorenza were very kind, always available. Montescudaio is a very nice village, full of restaurants and an exceptional charcuterie in the country. In our case, we moved with the means, in August there are many couriers that take you to Cecina. Highly recommended. We'd love to come back. p.s. we saw wild boars and roe deer because it is an area where there is the ban on cacia , it was exciting
