The Rifugio is a special place. Intimate and furnished with great personality. It could only be in the setting of Montescudaio, a charming village, with stunning views from every angle. I chose it for the great location, both from the many beaches and seaside towns, and to reach all the various beauties of Tuscany. Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa Lucca, Florence etc… I am really satisfied. And as I already told Francesco, I will definitely be back. 🙋🏻‍♂️

We felt very comfortable in Linda and David's house and enjoyed the two weeks there very much. The house is well located, easily accessible, in a quiet and green area with sea views. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures and the description. David personally welcomed us and showed us everything. He is very nice and helpful, and also proactively inquired about our well-being in the house when it was cool and rainy. The only criticism is, in our view, the somewhat poor cleanliness in the bathroom and kitchen. We would still recommend this house with the beautiful garden. Thanks to Linda & David.

Everything went very well, Giovanni was very kind and so was his wife whom we met at checkout. Very quiet and peaceful area, comfortable bed and spacious rooms.

The cottage is beautiful, in a quiet and secluded area. It has a lovely garden with views of the hills. We found the house very clean and very nice. Franco and Fiorenza were very nice, always available. Montescudaio is a very nice village, full of restaurants and an exceptional village delicatessen. In our case we moved around by public transportation, in August there are many buses that take you to Cecina. A highly recommended accommodation. We'd love to come back. p.s. we saw wild boars and roe deer because it is an area where hunting is prohibited, it was exciting
