It is a wonderful place to relax. We can can only recommend this location. It's perfect locacated and a dream if you wish calm and relaxing holidays. I think in the future it's a a diamond for having a good time at the seaside and as I said, everything perfect. We like such places....

The stay was really great. We were 9 people and could really take advantage of the house. We were warmly welcomed and were able to find a meat platter and a sweet dessert. The bathrooms were clean and everything was tidy. For food, the gas stove worked great and you could decide whether to eat inside or outside. In the game room you could play billiards or use the foosball table. Some games were already in the box. If you wanted to watch TV, there were also 2 large TVs. In the evening, we went back to the hot tub and made a fire at the fireplace and the evening was perfect. For shopping, you can quickly reach the nearest supermarket by car. Overall, a great villa that is clean, with a great host. We'd love to come back, especially at this fair price! Thanks!

We recommend Tiziano and her waterfront home. Very well designed accommodation, very clean, very well equipped, exactly as described. Many touches, small hospitality gifts in addition to remarkable kindness from Tiziano. Everything is there to enjoy the wonderful setting in this great location. Tiziano is a very attentive and very responsive host. The spring sun has warmed the air background a little cool. And we were able to enjoy the swims in the immediate vicinity of the terrace; a real joy. Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!
