Holiday rentals with beach access in Barmouth

Amazing stay at Kim's. Beautiful apartment, so clean and had everything. Tea, Coffee, and a lovely pack of Welsh cakes, which were much needed after a long journey now. Apartment and room was so clean, up to date television so we could watch as much Netflix as we wanted. I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks Kim!

Lovely penthouse apartment with great views of Snowdonia - Rebecca was very helpful and responsive even over the holidays . George and Dragon and Liverpool Arms are great pubs for food .

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is perfectly located and within minutes of the nearest beach in Criccieth. The high street and promenade are also extremely close and made all of the lovely parts of the town very accessible. Ann was very friendly and happy to help. The place was well looked after and cared for.

Sue's place is a welcoming one bedroom groundfloor flat with floor heating. It was nice and toasty when we got in. Something to be aware of is that it'll take a long time for the heating to respond to thermostat settings so be patient. I also suggested to keep all inside door open so the other rooms get heated. Overall a peaceful cozy stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Antony and Becky’s apartment with our 2 young children and golden retriever dog! The view of the sea was a real tonic and all of us loved how quick and easy it was for us to walk down onto the beach and enjoy the sand and sea air. There was a lovely fish and chip shop, ice cream shop and pub within walking distance too. Plus it was super handy having a convenience store at the end of the road. We had a lovely meal at the Oyster Catcher for my husband’s birthday as well (a 3 min drive or 15 min walk), who were also super friendly and accommodating of our dog! A beautifully clean and welcoming apartment with very friendly and helpful hosts. We are hoping to return soon! Ann-Marie & Rick

This was a fantastic property. Stunning views of the sea. Great for walks along the beach and the amenities in the little town. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as clean the place was spotless. We all loved our stay with something for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay in the House on the Beach. It is fabulous - tastefully designed, furnished and decorated and with large windows giving views over the beautiful seascape and landscape. It is right on the beach and it even has its own jetty! It is in a very private and peaceful location, yet close by car to nearby villages, shops, restaurants and cafes. There are also walks along the coastline and into the countryside right from the house. It is very spacious for families, even extended families, or groups of friends. We went in November, when it was cold, but the heating warmed up the house very quickly. I imagine it is great in summer too. We would go back to the House on the Beach in a heartbeat!

Great stay at Claires place, the house is homely and has lots of useful facilities. Claire sent brilliant instructions and lots of useful suggestions for local sights etc.. The house is comfortable and clean and seconds from the beach! Perfect.

We have loved our stay again after returning a second time. House is great and view is amazing. Had a really chilled time with the family, lovely views and walks nearby.

Beautiful cottage with sea views, when we arrived at 6pm there was a beautiful sunset. Excellent location, no need to use the car during our stay. The cottage has everything you need and is excellent throughout. Lots to do nearby, we ate at the Last Inn, the food was excellent and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Words can't do this place justice, it is truly magical. My partner and I have been all over the UK using AirB&B and this place is easily the best we've stayed at. Location is perfect, the sound of the waves was calming and romantic, and it's almost like you have your own private beach right on your doorstep which makes the place feel much more expensive than it is. In fact the price was very reasonable for what you get. The house was immaculate, clean in every regard and well equipped. The Internet was better than mine and I live in Birmingham! Bed super comfy, sofas were proper ones not tiny showhome ones like a lot of AirB&B places have. Loved cooking in the kitchen it had everything I need and more. The Host was lovely and welcoming and responded quickly. Can't fault it in any way, eager to return. Thanks Esther

What a lovely place this was. There is everything you need in the flat and it is comfortably furnished. The view is what really stands out. We found ourselves watching the sea and admiring the view for what seemed like hours. There are plenty of excellent local eateries and the beach is lovely for a walk. Beth is a great host and this is a super property.

Great little gem of a place, right on the seafront at Barmouth. We were grateful that Geoff gave us advance notice that we could arrive a bit earlier for checking in, which helped us make the most of our stay. It was lovely to be greeted with a bottle of Prosecco too, a very generous welcome. The place is lovely, is exactly as described, it was quick to heat up after we arrived (we visited in February), the facilities seemed great, although we didn’t do any cooking during our stay. Bed was comfy, although at 6’4”, I found it a little small for me. Bathroom is lovely, plenty big, very clean and everything works well. The location is brilliant - you can see the sea and it’s a short walk to both the beach and the town, including Barmouth’s pubs and restaurants. Barmouth is a beautiful little seaside town, with its long beaches, mountainous backdrop, great places to eat and drink - it’s massively underrated. Geoff was very friendly and responsive, I would recommend and we will stop again

This was our third time staying at Alyson’s wonderful apartment, and we loved it just as much as before! The place is perfectly clean, comfortable, and ideally located, making it ideal for exploring. The added bonus of a parking space is incredibly convenient. Alyson is a fantastic host—super flexible and always easy to communicate with, which makes the experience stress-free. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to staying here again!

Lovely apartment, very spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Great views across the marina and a private car parking bay. There's a great cafe nearby which serves a good breakfast and a five minute walk away is the Harbour Bistro, a hidden gem but well worth a visit. Michelle was always available if we needed anything. This is a lovely place to stay and we will certainly return. Thank you

We loved Lynn's place. Perfect location - really handy for the Marina, local beach strolls and the train station - 30 mins to Liverpool. The flat was just perfect and the thoughtful extras of biscuits and wine were an added bonus . we will be back.

We already knew what great hosts Jen and Sean are as we have stayed at another one of their properties a few years ago. The accommodation was clean, nicely decorated and it had everything you could need. The location was perfect for walks, beaches and children’s activities. Highly recommend this accommodation or any of their other properties, we will definitely be staying with them again

Fantastic apartment, loved the decor and Katy is an amazing host providing Bacon, Eggs and Milk for breakfast which was a lovely unexpected touch. Would definitely recommend and will look to stay again for longer in the summer
