Stayed for nine days at the air bnb. Pauline and her husband were very friendly and the place was exactly as described and perfect for my needs. Will definitely be returning on my next visit to Plymouth and can recommend staying there.

We had a great time, rowland was amazing and super friendly. We made a silly mistake with the hot tub the first night and we let him know in the morning and he was very quick with his responses and he was always friendly and kind. The cabin is lovely, very clean and cosy. Had everything you could need, they even provided milk, tea and coffee and Prosecco!! provided for us. We had a lovely time and was so worth it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were top-notch and eco-conscious, which I truly appreciated. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

We’ve been holidaying as a family in the South Hams for over 15 years and know the area well. Patsy’s property is a total gem and wonderfully located near Mothecombe beach for lovely walks. The local School House restaurant does amazing food. The property is a gorgeous open plan reno, tastefully done, super spacious and well equipped. For EV drivers the charge point and off road parking for 2 cars was a real win. Can’t recommend it enough. We had a terrific week.
