Monthly Rentals in Bay Harbor Islands

We spent a very enjoyable month at Susan's place escaping the New York winter. We were very comfortable and especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen and many gifts Susan left for us upon arrival. The neighborhood is laid back and the house is walking distance to the Bal Harbor shops and Surfside beach and restaurants. We had to leave a few days earlier than expected and Susan was very gracious and flexible about our last minute change. Thanks for a great stay Susan!

Fantastic property in a great quiet location. Host was exceptional as well.

Rocky's Place was in a premier location in the Miami area on Bay Harbor Island. The location was walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We had family on the island so we spent most of our time nearby. The MIami traffic is often congested, though we did venture into the city several times. Furniture was rather spartan and supplies limited, but we understand the unit is a newer rental. Rocky is working to prepare it for longer term rentals and he was responsive to our request for cleaning supplies. There is a coin laundry that renters can use. We chose not to use the outdoor space or unheated pool. The Miami weather was beautiful and the sunsets magnificant.

My stay was excellent. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, in a beautiful and peaceful area. It’s comfortable, modern, and fully equipped — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.
