Monthly Rentals in Beaumaris

What an absolutely gorgeous place, a home from home for my daughter and I during my visit to her at Bangor University. It was perfect for chilling out in post Snowdon climb and other local walks and then only a very short walk to the local pubs, restaurants and shops once we had recovered! The house is extremely well appointed, the beds super comfortable (I would like to know where Matthew gets his mattresses from!) and the shower lovely and hot. We could happily have stayed for a week. The house is ideally situated in the beautiful Beaumaris, very close to the sea and I have no doubt we will be back. Scott and Erika’s wonderful cottage was exactly as described…. for what looks on the outside as a small terrace house, it packs a lot of punch. It’s very sleek, spacious and beautifully laid out to a high standard. We had great weather whilst we were there so took advantage of the lovely private seating area and garden which is access via trifold doors, connecting the open the open-plan living room seamlessly. Wonderful bathroom with an amazing shower…! Always a bonus! It’s located very close to the shops, pubs, restaurants and beach all… just a 2 or 3 minute walk away. Despite not having a dedicated parking spot, this was not an issue at all… lots of on street parking immediately outside or within a few yards. Dont miss Central Bakery, which is a lovely little shop just a couple of minutes walk away on Steeple Lane, open from 8am which provides freshly baked bread, hot and cold sandwiches and cakes. We have just returned from a wonderful stay at 66 New Street. The house was beautiful, clean and cosy with everything we needed to make our time away a pleasant and relaxed time together. The location was quiet, apart from the occasional toot of a horn as it situated on a blind corner but it was generally a quiet road and not a real issue. We managed to park our car just up the road without any issues but I would imagine that would be more difficult in a busier season. Beaumaris has a castle to explore as well as a couple of museums, Beaumaris Gaol is literally just down the road. There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance too. We have really enjoyed our time away.

Lovely penthouse apartment with great views of Snowdonia - Rebecca was very helpful and responsive even over the holidays . George and Dragon and Liverpool Arms are great pubs for food .
