great place to stay, soft sheets and blankets, clean bathroom and bedroom! easy to get in and very nice hosts!

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

We had a fantastic stay here! We had a large group with lots of kids and the house was perfect! Tons of space for the kids to play and adults to hang out. The house was very clean and had everything we could have needed. We would absolutely stay there again!

I’ve stayed here each week for a couple months now and it’s always great! I appreciate how easy Joe makes the process and it’s always spotless and warm!
