Monthly Rentals in Belotinac

The place was perfect – an entire floor to ourselves, wonderfully decorated. The location is good: 5 minutes by taxi to the center, 20 minutes walk. The hosts were outstanding – friendly and helpful. We were completely satisfied and gladly come back!

The apartment is located in a small, modern building on a quiet street in what I judged to be a desirable neighbourhood close to the river. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space available. The Host was very responsive and friendly. The self check-in process was trouble-free. The window in the living room offered a very pleasant view over the river to the southern part of the city and the mountains beyond. I stayed in the winter and the heating system was more than sufficient to keep the apartment lovely and warm. A fruit and vegetable market and a variety of supermarkets and other shops, are close by. In summary, I found the apartment to be well located, clean and comfortable, and an ideal base for my visit to Niš.

The house-owner Lazar met and were waiting in front of the house for us. He gave us clean instructions about the house but not only about the house but also about the surrounding area and where we can park our car etc. He overall informed about everything straightly in a short time without any waste of time. Also there was home-made rakija waiting for us, which we found it very friendly act of him. We really felt like home. Everything were matching to the description.

I found this accommodation close to the center, only necessary for one night. For 3 people it's perfect. we stayed on the weekend and the parking was free,on the street. About 5 min there was a Maxi(mega image). The apartment is comfortable. I stayed in February here and outside it was a little cold, -7grd, in the apartment it was ok. AC that was already turned on to have the rooms heated. the kitchen I didn't use but it also had a microwave and the electric Cana for heating the water, besides the stove and the oven. it was ok.
