This was a last minute booking for us and we enjoyed it very much, Shangri-La was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Rafe's place was exactly as listed. It was very private and I could have contacted Rafe at any time, but didn't need to as everything was fine. I had a long stay, much of it working, and would have liked more time to explore the beautiful coast, which is right on the doorstep. The apartment was warm and well appointed, and I felt very comfortable. I can't blame Rafe for the horrible weather! I'd thoroughly recommend this place as a base for exploring the area, whether by car, on foot or by bike. Thanks for a great stay.

Mat and Elizabeth the hosts were very helpful and responsive to questions. The area was lovely, surrounded by fields, footpaths and bridleways which made for lovely runs. The beach was only a 15mins jog away. The house was impressively maintained regularly with window cleaners and gardener. Myself and the kids enjoyed the stay very much.

Great stay, place was just like the ad. The cinema room is great on a cold night. Christopher was very helpful.
