Monthly Rentals in Bonnet Bay

This place was the perfect location when we needed to be at the Pavilion in Sutherland. It was walking distance. The place had everything we could ask for but it was near the train station so you could hear the trains go past. Also it is street parking which varied in availability. I would stay here again if I needed to go to Sutherland again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kaye's place. The home feels so cozy and we felt right at home. The garden is beautiful and so well kept, it is a little private oasis with a spa to relax in. My son, 6 months old loved the house and watching the birds in the garden. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The location is great! so many coffee shops to walk to, train station that goes directly to the City, Cronulla, Westfield Miranda or down the coast. The house has absolutely everything you need and Kaye is a wonderful host. I highly recommend Kaye's place and we will definitely be back.

We had a nice stay at Arlene's airbnb. It's a compact space underneath their house. Occasionally we would hear movement in the house, but it was minimal and not intrusive. The airbnb was spotless. It's an easy walk (though a bit uphill) to Sutherland and all the shops there. The kitchen space is small and not suitable for cooking meals (there is a microwave, but no stove/oven). But it's fine for a short stay. We'd certainly stay again.

The space was bigger than I imagined, very clean and a nice quiet location. Would stay again. Lois was a great host
