Lovely place in a very quiet village. Well equipped. Teresa has thought of everything. Well recommended.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful two nights at Wendy's property. It is spacious, really clean, extremely comfortable and very warm on two of the coldest days of the year! Wendy is really responsive to messages and extremely welcoming. The location was perfect for us - a lovely 30 minute walk to the heart of Lincoln along a river. We found loads to do and would love to come back. Thank you!

Absolutely love this place for a business trip. Lovely place and feels like home for a few days. Only caveat would be noisy neighbours downstairs. Hoovered at 3am one night, and not very friendly.

Wow! Absolutely fantastic stay at Steve’s place. Exactly as described and spotlessly clean throughout the whole property. The amenities provided were exceptional. There were breakfast options, a coffee machine, various sweet snacks/pastries and a full host of bathroom bits as well. The location was easy to find and Steve gave clear instructions in a timely manner. I’ve not had a better stay on Air BnB and would prioritise booking this location if ever I’m back up in Waddington. A great find and a truly great, friendly host. Thanks Steve!
