Monthly Rentals in Broadwater Down

Really pretty place surrounded by beautiful Kent countryside. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone, especially in the summer when local walking would be brilliant. Helen was great, responding extremely quickly to bring us a cot and high chair and was very friendly.

Exactly as depicted in photos, only better. The kitchen is pristine, had every essential you could possibly need. I also greatly appreciated the washer/dryer. The bed and couch are also very comfortable. Overall the flat was very clean, quiet, cozy, minimalistic and aesthetically pleasing. It was quite easy to feel right at home. The location was also quite perfect, within close proximity to everything. The area is very peaceful and beautiful. There are plenty of cute shops, cafes, restaurants and a grocery store just around the corner. Nick and colleagues were also extremely helpful, and I’m truly grateful for their accommodations. I would happily stay here again. Truly exceptional stay 😌🌸

Lovely and comfortable short stay. The place was warm and had a cosy feeling ro it that felt private away from everyone else. Only downside is building works going on to a nearby house so was awoken quite early due to building noise at 7am.

I have stayed at Alex's property three years running - acting on the Polar Express Immersive show nearby. Alex is an extremely responsive host, easy to communicate with and very flexible. The property is almost like a Dr. Seuss building - very quirky, and old - the floors aren't level and not every step is the same - but it has a lot of character. Whilst the facilities are fairly basic, you do have everything that you need, and there is nothing drastically wrong - the place was spotless when we arrived, and more than suitable for us. It is a lovely area in the Pantiles, you have so many neary cafes, restaurants, pubs and quirky shops - it is an absolutely fabulous location in Tunbridge Wells. I would totally recommend this place for anyone who is working in TW temporarily!
