Monthly Rentals in Broomhaugh

Thank you once again for a lovely weekend away. It provides a perfect haven for us to meet our daughter who is at Durham University. We're out and about during the day, and return to a lovely warm and cosy hut for an evening of good food, chatter and laughter! Kind regards, Mary-Ann and Shaun

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the cottage, with our young Labrador. The accommodation was comfortable and cozy and the surrounding area very quiet. The enclosed rear garden was excellent for our dog, and would be a lovely place to sit in warmer weather. Hexham and Corbridge are a short drive away and are nice places to visit. There are plenty of nice local walks. I am sure that we will be back to stay again.

A wonderful stay at The Boathouse- perfect setting for a peaceful half term break. Fab train links in the village to Corbridge, Hexham and Newcastle….. with the Boathouse providing a wonderful base to retire to. Spotless home, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space, very comfortable beds, log burner, village pub, village cafe, plenty to do. Not much more needed than that! Thanks to Ellie our host who was super responsive and full of great recommendations.

My partner and I stayed for a quiet weekend and were blown away by how lovely the stay was. Sonja and John were brilliant hosts and so welcoming even though we arrived late in the evening. The property was brilliant and the location was stunning. Cannot reccomend this enough, the bed was super comfortable, the living room was warm and cosy and the extra touches made it feel even more special. P. S. The shower is to die for!
