Spotlessly clean, stylish little nest with the thoughtful touches that make guests feel spoiled: lovely toiletries, furnishings and bedding. I would recommend this property to anybody.

Deborah and Roger were excellent hosts, very friendly and had great recommendations about the area. The annexe was beautifully decorated and felt very homely. Access to the property was easy and the lock box was very helpful. We had a little one with us and the property was fabulous for kids, a fantastic sandpit and lots of outdoor toys. Inside there were no stairs or toddler hazards which meant we could fully relax. Plenty to do for kids in the area, and just a short drive to York city. Fabulous place, fabulous hosts, great value for money. We hope to return.

We have had a lovely stay at this house. It was absolutely spotlessly clean, and the house very warm and cosy. A great space for socialising as we were two families staying together, with everything we needed. We want to go back as it was perfect for us. The host Andrea/Sally were very communicative and helpful. It was so lovely they left us choccys and Prosecco! xx

Fabulous garden and location. Beautiful view from the sun room. Great pool, perfect temperature and very comfortable bed. All round lovely clean and quiet place.
