Fantastic! Cynthia and Dave's place is an absolute gem! I couldn't have been happier with my stay. The goest house was spotlessly clean and even better than described. I loved everything about it! I live in hotels over 330 days a year for work, so I can have high expectations. Cynthia and Dave exceeded on every level. You will be very fortunate if you get the chance to stay at their property.

I had stayed in a home for 5 years. I have lived in a pull trailer all that time, being a traveling cna. Switching to a home setting was amazing. It felt like I could have lived there forever. It was cute and comfortable. Would stay again if I ever find myself back in Buffalo.

My stay at the Ranch was amazing. The cabin was pristine! It was beautifully decorated and had a homey feel. Lindsey came by in the evening and we chatted like old friends. I didn’t get to check out the event facility, but the Ranch would be a wonderful place for a family get together, wedding or special event
