Monthly Rentals in Calucaccia

Absolute gem 10 minutes ride from Arezzo! We spent here whole month, working remotely and taking few days off. Anna gave us precise instructions how to find the apartment, it was self-checkin, so everything was very smooth. This apartment was crystal clean when we came, it has everything you need for long-term stay: fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, full size table. There is a small living room combined with kitchen, but it was totally sufficient for having some rest after a long day. Bathroom is very spacious and super clean - there is also a washing machine with detergents, also external clothes dryer. Bedroom has big comfy bed with comfortable sheets - we really felt like home here. Regarding work, the internet was sometimes slower, but we were both able to work concurrently during the day. Overall, it was amazing experience, this apartment is at great spot, 2-mins from highway, 10 mins from Arezzo, 1min walk there is bar/coffee/shop. Thank you very much!

The house, location and surroundings are just beautiful. The house is very tastefully and comfortably furnished and there is nothing that would be missing. The terrace with the view of Pennabilli is breathtaking and how did you spend unforgettable hours there. It's very and at the same time you can take great excursions. Communication with Birgit was perfect and she even sent us a great folder with a variety of information in advance. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine on the table to welcome you, incredibly nice! We immediately enjoyed these with wonderful Italian antipasti on the terrace with the most beautiful view of the countryside. A truly memorable stay! Thank you for everything, dear Birgit!

Amazing Stay! Eleanora is an amazing and generous host. She is the most kind-hearted, honest, and warm host I have ever encountered through Airbnb. This is a great place to stay for anyone who needs a break from a bustling city. This is a great place to stay for any artist(s) or writers who need a quiet place to work or gain inspiration. This is a great place to stay if you love nature, and outdoor animals (friendly cats, dogs, butterflies..) Eleanora was available for any questions or issues during the stay and always did her best to make sure we felt welcomed, safe, and happy! The space was clean and tidy at our arrival and had a signature scent that smelled fresh and luxurious. The outdoor space was great for enjoying a coffee or setting up a small dinner before sunset. This is your sign to book it, soon! I know I'll be back.

The space was very clean and tidy situated up in the hills near Caprese Michelangelo. The location is quiet with the nearest village about 15 minutes away which can be reached via a rather winding road. Access to shops is okay with a smaller supermarket about 15/20 mins away and then some larger ones about 40 minutes away. This location is ideal if you are looking to sit and relax whilst enjoying the scenic views. Michela and her parents were lovely and welcoming hosts.
