Monthly Rentals in Campsie Glen

This place couldn’t be more perfect. I’ve stayed at a lot of Air BnB’s and it doesn’t get much better than this! Leanne is an A++ host and would highly recommend staying here if you want a peaceful and relaxing stay outside the cities of Glasgow or Edinburgh. Perfect distance from both cities and many other wonderful sites. This was a 10/10 with the best host is Leanne. I will definitely look into coming back if we find ourselves back in Scotland. Odds are high!

We stayed at the Roundhouse for a full week, it was mid December and it was so cosy and welcoming, with everything we needed for an easy comfortable stay. A proper oasis of peace but so central for trips to Glasgow, Edinburgh and surrounding area. Direct trains from Croy to both cities were regular and very economical. Surrounded by woodland and farmland with sheep grazing near by it offered us a wonderful retreat while allowing us to visit family and engage with the festive frolics. The house has been designed and built to really high standards and carefully blends with its surroundings. A real treat to spend time here.

Great location and apartment for an overnight stay as we travelled back from the outer hebredies

Sadly we had to leave ‘heaven’ at the base of the Campsie Fells, Lennoxtown. ‘The Coorie Inn’ has everything your heart desires and more. Elegantly furnished, a bed so comfortable we slept for 8 hours straight - can’t remember the last time this happened, a fridge and cupboard stocked with an array of basics and treats! All of this and more, rounded off with our lovely hostess Arlene, her partner Alan and Miss Lola taking care of us. We leave Lennoxtown not only feeling like we have been at a 5-star retreat, but having made dear friends.
