Tiny house holiday rentals in Cape Cod Bay

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Sheila’s cottage. It’s always a pleasant experience. Sheila is very responsive, and I’m highly satisfied with the cottage. It’s exactly as described, and everything worked flawlessly. I could not recommend this more highly.

The cottage was very charming and in a super peaceful location. Very cute little beach within walking distance and Tugboats was a very short walk away with great food and service. Downtown area was a little far to walk with younger kids but still very easy to get to and fun to explore. Maureen is super responsive and helpful. Great experience overall!

We loved this cozy cottage! The private beach was amazing and I was happy to watch the sunrise every morning. The outside porch was great to sit and read and relax without getting all sandy. Everything was smooth, Lauren was fast to respond and the cottage was the perfect place to relax and connect with nature. Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely stay at Rosemary's cozy cottage. As others have said, Rosemary is an attentive and accommodating host, anticipating nearly every possible need. Although the late December weather was less accommodating, we walked along the beach daily, catching either sunrise or sunset, both equally stunning. Of course, we weren't able to access a lot of the more seasonal perks like the outdoor shower or the grill, but we made great use of the fireplace while reading, writing or doing puzzles. We found the beds very comfortable. In the summer, I can imagine this being a great beachside bungalow for a young family, given its proximity to the beach. In the off-season, it was just right for two people looking for some quiet time out of the fray.

The Lemon Drop was perfect! Just like the pictures with a clean beachy inside and amazing outdoor space. We had a wonderful time with all the amenities easily available. Great communication throughout our stay

Just a gem of a place. Literally tucked away with a beautiful view of the pond. Great access to the "Shining Sea" bike trail, which then gives you ferry access to Martha's Vineyard (highly recommended). It's clean, quiet, and cozy. It's also a great home base to explore Cape Cod.

This place was excellent. Short drive to town. Peaceful, beautiful yard. Clean and comfortable place. And Chad was a great host. I highly recommend!

As long as you don't mind having only an outdoor shower,which I didn't since the weather was beautiful, Judys place is a nice quiet cozy nook surrounded by lovely well kept grounds. Total privacy. Judy was a very attentive host, allways checking in via emailand offering to go beyond what I expected.

My wife and I were delighted to stay at this cozy cottage on Cape Cod. Everything from the charming decor, meticulous landscaping, and irresistible porch swing made us feel like we were staying somewhere special: a place both familiar yet new. We look forward to returning and enjoying this little gem on the Cape again soon!

The place was great! Very cozy for two people. Rob and Neal were incredibly responsive and helpful. I will say that the fireplace didn’t work (which was the main draw of the place), but that seemed to be weather-related and they were incredibly helpful in troubleshooting. Would absolutely stay at the Bird Haus again!!!

Linlin was a wonderful host and we loved this adorable cottage. It was incredibly clean, while still being warm and welcoming for us (and our pup). It's a little farther from the water than we had anticipated, but it's a relatively short and private walk to a dock with kayaks and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

We loved our three day stay in Elizabeth's beautiful tiny home! Everything was wonderful. Elizabeth was so on point and great to work with. I'm now planning our next stay at this beautiful tiny home upcoming in May. I highly recommend this airbnb and the host Elizabeth. Coletta Jarret

Hosted by Dina for my first visit to Cape Cod! Dina was super helpful with questions, offered advice for things to do in the area, and incredibly flexible with booking arrangements / check-in time. I did think the booking had a working fireplace, but we stayed warm with a wall heating unit and enjoyed the twinkly aesthetic lights. The home felt very cozy and a great location close to Cape attractions.

Cottage has outdoor seating areas with mature trees and hedge. With a screened porch for each cottage. Felt very private. Watched wild birds foraging. Cottage very clean, no bad smells. Was able to check in earlier. Fantastic communication. Very well stocked, including quality shampoo/conditioner, tide pod, dish detergent, good linens, had everything we needed! Gas fireplace was a wonderful touch, felt very comfortable, will definitely stay again.

Tina and her husband went out of their way to accommodate me for an extended stay during unusual circumstances. They were friendly, responsive, and provided access to amenities above and beyond what I would expect (snacks, extra linens, eggs from the chickens, coffee, etc). I’m very appreciative of their kindness and hospitality.

The location was perfect—close to everything PTown has to offer but still peaceful and relaxing. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a memorable visit to Provincetown!

Phenomenal stay at this adorable cottage! We felt right at home as soon as we got there. It was immaculately clean and we had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. Not a detail was spared - we even had fresh sponges! The area is beautiful, we went for a cozy winter weekend and got a nice dusting of snow which made staying in the cottage even cozier. Ali’s recommendations were great, we stopped by the beach to see the sunset and it was magical. I would certainly stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone interested in a peaceful getaway on the cape. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in!

What can my wife and I say about Jo Leal and John and their sweet carriage house. Every detail in the house showed such care, such attention, and such beauty. Nothing could have prepared us for the experience of spending time in this charming house , and more notably, nothing could have prepared us for the wonderful experience we shared with Jo Leal and John. We so look forward to our next visit and the continuation of this experience.

Michael is the perfect host. He checked in with me to see how things were going . The place felt homey and somewhat luxurious. It was clean and tidy. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Fantastic stay! Was a perfect place to Get away and be near the ocean for a couple days. Any restaurant that was open in the off season was great and the few people we met and talked to in the area were super friendly as well. Will be coming back and overall a great experience!

We had a great stay! The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond. The cottage is one of three on the owner's property (behind their house), but there is plenty of space so we still felt pretty secluded and private. The place is just as described and as it looks in the images. It was the perfect place for a winter Cape getaway!
