Tiny house holiday rentals in Massachusetts

We had a really nice stay at Carrie's. It felt cozy and homey and was super easy to find and settle into. There were so many little features around the home that made us feel comfortable and welcome. Even the surrounding area was absolutely gorgeous. The balcony off the back was perfect and was a great spot to enjoy some morning coffee. All of the instructions and descriptions were accurate and clear so we had no trouble finding the place and settling in. We had a great stay and will very likely make another trip out this way. Many thanks to our host!

Enjoyed our stay at the cabin, very nice little weekend getaway and stayed cozy during the surprise late winter wonderland. Stacey keeps the place well equipped and looking very nice for a cabin!

We loved this cozy cottage! The private beach was amazing and I was happy to watch the sunrise every morning. The outside porch was great to sit and read and relax without getting all sandy. Everything was smooth, Lauren was fast to respond and the cottage was the perfect place to relax and connect with nature. Highly recommend!!

Yet again, this place does not disappoint. This was my fourth time staying at the wigwam in as many years - there's a reason I keep coming back! This land definitely has magic in it and I can always count on feeling refreshed and revived after my stay (and with several new poems!). As always, the forest bath and sauna are the perfect piece of luxury while "roughing it." This will always be one of my happiest places ❤️

Tomi and Jim warmly greeted us when we arrived, showed us the place and offered recommendations for restaurants etc. Beds comfortable, towels soft…..just a beautiful cottage as listed!!!

This tiny house was perfect for a couple and our two dogs! It’s a unique spot that’s tucked into a small compound in a neighborhood, so very quiet, but less than five minutes’ walk to Commercial St. We had everything we needed and check in/out was a breeze. We’re extremely grateful for Leslie’s flexibility with early check in, it truly made a difference for us. There is some minor cosmetic wear which I only mention in case that is important to you, but the space was very clean and comfortable.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Mike & Anna's cabin for a long weekend with the intention of spending the weekend inside, enjoying a fire, and disconnecting from work and technology. It was incredible, such a comfortable, beautiful, tranquil, and cozy home. We're already planning a chance to go back. Genuinely exactly what we wanted for a cozy cabin with a fire.

This place was excellent. Short drive to town. Peaceful, beautiful yard. Clean and comfortable place. And Chad was a great host. I highly recommend!

As long as you don't mind having only an outdoor shower,which I didn't since the weather was beautiful, Judys place is a nice quiet cozy nook surrounded by lovely well kept grounds. Total privacy. Judy was a very attentive host, allways checking in via emailand offering to go beyond what I expected.

My wife and I were delighted to stay at this cozy cottage on Cape Cod. Everything from the charming decor, meticulous landscaping, and irresistible porch swing made us feel like we were staying somewhere special: a place both familiar yet new. We look forward to returning and enjoying this little gem on the Cape again soon!

The cabin was a peaceful respite. Cozy, comfy, and the stream was so calming. Sophie's restaurant recommendations were excellent, the Korean restaurant is a hidden gem.

Very thoughtfully laid out and cozy! Great experience throughout, loved the fireplace! We are looking forward to our next stay!

Linlin was a wonderful host and we loved this adorable cottage. It was incredibly clean, while still being warm and welcoming for us (and our pup). It's a little farther from the water than we had anticipated, but it's a relatively short and private walk to a dock with kayaks and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

This is the 3rd Christmas we’ve spent at the Songbird. It’s perfect for us and our son’s needs. Ann is a lively person who cares deeply about her property and how to best accommodate us. We’ll be back in the spring!

Michael was very responsive from the start. Before booking we were concerned about where we could park our travel van, and Michael went out of his way to ensure we found a spot. We love the space. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and perfect for two! The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the outside sitting area. Proximity to Commercial street was great. Very sweet place and we would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our second stay at the Goat Shanty! Tina’s instructions were on point. The accommodations were spotless. The location is close to both Cape bridges and my son’s home. Perfect. We will definitely return!

The location was perfect—close to everything PTown has to offer but still peaceful and relaxing. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a memorable visit to Provincetown!

Rosemary’s cottage was exactly as advertised. And, that was pretty great! It was clean, well stocked with all of the necessities and then some, and toasty warm in March's chill. The proximity to the beach could be measured in feet. The sunset could be seen from the living room window but then, with a few steps outside, seen setting right on the ocean’s horizon. In the off season, most restaurants were only open Thursday through Sunday but that’s exactly when we were there so that was just fine! We are eagerly anticipating our return to the cottage both in the off season but also in summer when we can take full advantage of what Wellfleet has to offer.

Beautiful, clean and great location! We were up skiing at Catamount so the location was ideal, and the sauna was a nice treat everyday. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious and open. There are a few different levels so plenty of room to spread around with a separate spacious TV/exercise/bunk room in one of the levels. The 2 king beds and twin beds in the bedrooms were all very comfortable and each of the bedroom had their own bathroom next door. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware and necessities/spices etc. Kids went sledding and we even hiked up several times to the top of the hill with great views. Carolyn was very responsive and accommodating.

What can my wife and I say about Jo Leal and John and their sweet carriage house. Every detail in the house showed such care, such attention, and such beauty. Nothing could have prepared us for the experience of spending time in this charming house , and more notably, nothing could have prepared us for the wonderful experience we shared with Jo Leal and John. We so look forward to our next visit and the continuation of this experience.

Without a doubt this was the best place to stay in Ptown, in my opinion! My girlfriend and I had a peaceful, relaxing vacation at this adorable cottage. Located SUPER close to all of the lovely shops and restaurants right off of Commercial street and VERY close to the Stop&Shop :) also very close to the beach in general, 5 mins away! Easy 7min drive to the larger beach (Race Point). Will ABSOLUTELY be rebooking during other seasons, Michael was very responsive when we needed help with anything, and very kind! The king sized bed was heavenly, and the shower was beautiful as well. Adorably decorated and great furniture, super spacious for a tiny home. Even some privacy in the backyard! Can’t wait to visit again, highly recommend! 💙
