Monthly Rentals in Capel Curig

Picked this cottage due to it's central location between the Snowdon massif and Carneddau Mountains, where I had some remaining mountains to tick off my challenge list. Cottage was easy to find and having it's own parking space at the front door was a bonus. Parking a medium size car is a little tight, but not difficult compared to some places I've stayed at. Was a bit of a chore each time unlocking and locking the chain across the drive and getting rust on your hands. Cleanliness was near first class. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped and it made a change to have things like kitchen towel, foil, and various condiments. It's a shame there isn't a shower, but after some very strenuous and windy days below freezing in the mountains, the bath was a welcome change for me. Finally, I found the bed very comfortable and noticed someone in a previous review mentioned the velux roof window lighting up the room early in the morning - it does have a built in blind btw ;-)

Absolutely stunning. Fantastic location well off the beaten track. Peaceful & extremely quiet. Cottage is beautiful and the host was helpful when needed. Would definitely recommend, just wish we had more time on our hands to stay longer

A stunning property for our long weekend. So much to do and explore. The property is simply stunning, James please let me know if you’re ever going to sell it! Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.
