Monthly Rentals in Caprognano

My wife and I had a great time in Ca' de' Lina. Very responsive and helpful host. Very cozy, clean and equipped: efficient and easy to regulate heating, large fridge and freezer, oven, kettle, coffee maker, mixer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, clothes rack inside the apartment and outdoor rack, relaxing sofa, large cabinets in the room and drawers in the bathroom, spacious shower, large terrace for exclusive use with table and chairs. Everything is new and attention to detail. The bed is slatted with a rigid memory mattress, two pillows per person (one soft and one harder). Secluded location, it is necessary to be equipped with your own car that can be parked on the street (free, there were not many cars so we did not have any parking problems). Since we stayed in low season, we really appreciated and found the correct 25% discount on the price.

Nice escape in rural Tuscany, cozy apartment on the edge of town. Walkable from the train station; groceries and a few restaurants are also easily accessible by foot. If you are looking for hiking then be sure to look into the Via del Volto Santo which passes through town and can take you through the hills to several towns in both directions.

We had a great week stay in Tendola, the house is very well located in a very typical and very quiet little village. Close to everything: Cinque Terre, Genes, Pisa, Lerici, Portofino... The house is very well equipped and clean, we were there, Eric is a very friendly and welcoming host. I can only recommend this place for your getaways!
