An unforgettable stay in an atypical accommodation where you immediately feel good. The loggia is a real asset with its magnificent view. Jean-François is an extremely helpful host: he picked me up from the train station and even allowed me to enjoy the loggia until I left, which was very nice in rainy weather. A very good memory of this stay, I highly recommend!

Cozy and well-equipped house, with outdoor areas to enjoy the outdoors. We went with small children and they could swim, swing and move freely. The rural setting is nice and quiet. A short stay with friends that we wanted near Carcassonne and quiet to meet in the evening. That's what we found. 3 large bedrooms, clean, comfortable and air-conditioned. A large living room that allows you to meet at 6. A very large exterior that lives by the cicadas and a small appreciable hot tub for soaking and chatting .

The view from the apartment was even better than on the pictures, the hot tub was a nice extra, the hosts were very friendly and being able to get breakfast in the morning was a good benefit. We only stayed for one night, but would definitely recommend Fred's place for longer stays.

Clean, functional accommodation in a beautiful property. Providing a lot of information and good spots to visit. However, the tapas-grocery bar has closed permanently but very good bakery in Olonzac (5 km) as recommended by Cédric. The pool is really a plus. It is large, well maintained, heated and sheltered. Very good location to explore both the coast and the hinterland.

We had a great time at Lise's house, the park is beautiful. We immediately felt very good in the house, very friendly and welcoming. It really has everything you need for young and old. We highly recommend this rental.

Such a pleasant stay! The location was fantastic for exploring the medieval city and there was a nice little grocery store very close by. We felt right at home - it definitely did not have the corporate Airbnb feel, and the views of the city at night were pretty awesome.

The house is of all splendor the rooms very large the bathroom is large which suited us because we were accompanied by PMR with wheelchair ♿️ and the shower area was very nice the kitchen very well furnished and the environment was only happiness there was only the weather that was not part of the game but we still enjoyed between two showers

A perfect house for a quiet and relaxing stay. Lovely pool & jacuzzi. Airco in the bedrooms is very pleasant. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment. Everything is actually present to make you feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Capitelle.

The house is ideally located to visit Carcassonne and its surroundings.
