Villa holiday rentals in Carcassonne

Hélène's place met our expectations. Well located, just 20 minutes from the city of Carcassonne while remaining in a peaceful location. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay, the pool and the view are real +es to give even + more charm to the house. We would recommend it and will gladly come back.

Excellent stay in this house, it is very true to its description. There is a beautiful space to live and little vis-à-vis. The kids found games and books to have fun on the spot. Sébastien was always very responsive during our interactions.

House as described and very well maintained, very well equipped and functional. Beautiful pool, treated without chlorine is extremely comfortable. All you have to do is put your bags down. Everything was perfect. We will come again! Marlene is attentive and available. Thanks also to Marina for hosting us and for her kindness.

Everything was perfect! We were 3 families with children, the rooms were very large, the garden too, and the best part was the children's room for them to sleep all together

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The villa is really gorgeous! The outdoors are so serene, calm, and infinite green. The villa is so remote that you can only hear the sounds of nature. We were pleasantly delighted by the speedy internet both inside and outside. The furniture is upscale and stylish. The kitchen is completely prepared to make delicious dishes. We are completely surrounded by nature. The host was wonderful at communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. An amazing holiday! I highly suggest it!

Philippe is a welcoming, generous and available host. He makes every effort to make guests feel comfortable from start to finish. He makes sure the stay goes smoothly. He shows his garden, its plantations, its fruit trees that we can taste and whose fruits are delicious. He is a man who has his heart on his hand and is always ready to do a favor, a real man from the south.

Pierrick was kind, considerate and welcoming. The place was very clean, bright, fully functional and comfortable. A real pleasure to have met Pierrick and to have been able to enjoy his accommodation.

The Gîte des Oliviers is simplicity combined with elegance, rusticity combined with comfort. This pretty restored house reflects our hosts: pleasant, welcoming, warm. The human encounter with Nathalie, Christophe and one of their sons, as well as the landscape, the daily sunshine, the services in accordance with the photos and their descriptions, contributed to our stay going wonderfully! We also enjoyed the welcome gifts from the family production (Lucques olives, wines, olive oil)... A treat and a pleasure to give! Thank you very much! Looking forward to seeing you again!

Fabulous house, just like the photos. The pool was wonderful, just the right temperature to cool off and lovely surroundings to sit and relax. The house had plenty of space for a family of 5, comfortable beds, much needed air conditioning, large modern bathrooms and all the amenities you need. We liked the extra modern touches, such as a Sonos in most rooms to play music and also the Nintendo Switch, PS4, movies and Netflix for some fun and relaxation in the evenings. Carcasonne town is lovely, with some great restaurants. We loved the nearby lake which was in walking distance. Lots of activities for the kids, paddle boarding, pedaloes and aqua park. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Thank you Guillaume and Emilie for a wonderful holiday!

Pierre’s home is incredible. Four lovely bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two wood burning fireplaces, and several beautiful outdoor spaces just steps from the magical town of Carcassonne. The home was peaceful, private and views of the castle were stunning. We had the best weekend in this home and exploring the castle! Highly recommend!

A wonderful stay with friends in an exceptional setting, the exteriors and huge indoor living spaces are perfect for groups, also suitable for children. The hot tub, the fireplaces, the cozy sofas, the billiards, the swings, the many bedrooms equipped with bathrooms are clean functional and comfortable, full of indoor games also for children, there is absolutely nothing missing! Sophie and Jean Louis Denois' welcome was most pleasant, responsive and accommodating hosts, the wine of the estate in organic culture is a real beautiful discovery of this magnificent terroir. I would definitely recommend this beautiful estate that we are very sad to leave! We will be back

We spent two unforgettable nights and three days, surrounded by our loved ones. It was a real joy to be able to all be together in such a pleasant and comfortable setting. Location, amenities, conditions including sunshine were there. Small problem, the sound insulation was not optimal. Your home and the history of it are superb, and we felt right at home there. Great cottage, perfect for a gathering with family or friends. Stephane has always been responsive and attentive.

Very pleasant house to stay in, we were 4 couples and 2 teenagers and spent 1 week there. The pool is very beautiful , very pleasant and in a good location. Very kind and responsive hosts in case of any problems. We hope to return.

The house is of all splendor the rooms very large the bathroom is large which suited us because we were accompanied by PMR with wheelchair ♿️ and the shower area was very nice the kitchen very well furnished and the environment was only happiness there was only the weather that was not part of the game but we still enjoyed between two showers

A place in the middle of nature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pool. We had a great week with the family, I would recommend it. The only downside is the presence of wasps.

Myself and my friends had a wonderful week long stay at Matthew’s house. He had compiled a comprehensive guide with recommendations of the local area, where to go and what to eat - all of these recommendations were great. The house was perfect - exceptionally clean and had absolutely everything we needed! It completely exceeded our expectations with it being so much bigger than expected. With Carcassonne and Narbonne only short drives away & stunning villages nearby, we definitely want to come back to explore more. Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

We had a great time - it looks even better than the photos, and the pool with a view made the perfect base for our holiday.

We stayed one week in this beautiful holiday house with 6 people. The house is very well equipped with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, complete kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, large television, very good WiFi. Beds were made upon arrival and towels, also for the swimming pool, were provided. The swimming pool, sun beds and the terrace are great. The house is very well located with a big supermarket at a few minutes walking distance. The surroundings are beautiful and many interesting places, such Carcassonne, Narbonne and the Cathar castles to visit. The only downside was that the nearby Chateau hotel was closed.

Sun was the perfect host: there to greet us when we arrived, very friendly and informative, responsive over messages and left us a welcome gift. The place was lovely and as described. Great location and relaxing place to stay to visit the local area. Local shops and bakery were the cherry on top.

Beautiful villa, unfortunately no shops or restaurants nearby, would recommend hiring a car if staying here. Would definitely use again
