Very nice accommodation, with attention to detail, located in the central area of Porretta Terme, easily accessible both on foot and by car, close to all services. The photos and description match the apartment. Host present and very helpful. In addition to the welcome there are tea, coffee, milk, yogurt, cold cuts and a homemade cake that changes every morning. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at this charming countryside cottage! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy living spaces to the fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and sipping coffee while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The location was ideal for exploring the countryside, with plenty of scenic trails and quaint villages nearby. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay, I recommend Elisabetta to include other photos of the place and above all of the view because it is truly wonderful and spectacular. We stayed on New Year's Eve and unfortunately the lake was a little empty due to an accident a few months ago, but we were still impressed by the view. Having breakfast at home looking at the lake from the kitchen window was really nice not to mention the very large outdoor space with multiple tables available for lunches and aperitifs. As soon as we arrived, through the window door, we saw a beautiful deer. The house is equipped with a very comfortable pellet stove, the environment heats up in a very short time; however, the bathroom, which is on the lower floor with respect to the living room, remains cold (with a portable heater resolves). Convenient parking! A few minutes by car you can find all services (supermarkets, various shops and butchers, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc.). Host available and very kind!
