Great property for a few days

I stayed for approximately 4 weeks at this location. Paul was a responsive host, and frequently accomodated me at anti-social times to resolve issues with the netflix account. The space itself was as described, clean, homely, and with all of the mod-cons in good working order. Overall I had a great experience, and the space was a real home-from-home.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Louise’s property (first time was August) so we knew what to expect. However we did not expect the thoughtful items for New Year (we arrived NYE) which were left on the counter. Thank you Louise. We were fortunate to be allowed an early check in which, again, was much appreciated. The property was warm and comfortable, but the heating was easy to use if you needed to over ride it. Louise is a very approachable and replies to messages promptly. She is very friendly and greeted us warmly in arrival, as if we were old friends. This property is ideal as it’s close to the city centre, Mountbatten, Jennycliff and so much more. There is a large Morrisons and The Range within walking distance. I can’t recommend this property, or Louise, highly enough. Already sorting dates to come back Thank you so much Louise xx
