Historic centre, with cosy terraces

Artepalermo is a Bed and Breakfast apartment in the historic centre of Palermo, on the top floor of an old house, without lift, and surrounded by lanes, churches, markets, washing, squares and terraces. You will live in the house of an artist and you can visit her studio. Your room is more than 25 square metres, it has a double and a single bed, a sofa, a bureau and a balcony. There is also a shared sitting room, a roof terrace, another little terrace and a kitchen, where guests can also cook. You will have a private bathroom, but it is not in the room itself. The furniture and the style of the apartment is basic with an artistic touch. There is free wireless internet. As we are really in the heart of the centre, you can walk within a few minutes to the markets, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, musea, port, parks. It is less than 5 minutes walking to the sea. The train station is at 10 minutes walking. In case you come by car (but you don't need it here) :you cannot go into the old centre by car without a special pass between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. except during the weekend. You can park on Foro Italico (near Porta Felice is the nearest). If somebody asks money, give maximum 1 or 2 euros. We are a Dutch woman, a Tunisian man and a Sicilian dog. We speak English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic.

Beautiful townhouse with view

Välkommen till den gamla antika stadsdelen av Termini Imerese. Vårt stadshus uthyres veckovis och har 6 bäddar, två badrum, tre toaletter. Fullutrustat kök, diskmaskin kyl/frys med ismaskin och filtrerat dricksvatten. (Man slipper släpa petflaskor😅) Köksterass med fantastisk utsikt AC finns i alla sovrum samt vardagsrum. Ca 150m från stadskärnan med flera rest och caféer. Det är ca 700m till stadens stenstrand och 750m till tågstationen, där man lätt tar tåget till tex Palermo eller Cefalu.

La tua terrazza privata e riservata al centro storico è attico, distante 180 m. dal teatro massimo e 100 m. dal mercato storico, il capo, al terzo piano (senza ascensore) con 100 metri quadrati in due livelli Totalmente ristrutturato è ideale per coppie, per famiglia o per amici max 4 posti letto (divano estendibile ). Il terrazzino intimo con jacuzzi, cronoterapia e di una amaca che completano la zona relax potendo godere la vista del teatro massimo in estrema pace e rilassamento.
