We loved our stay. It is in the middle of nature, very quiet and with an incredible view. Paolo was very sweet and helpful and shard a lot of information about the area and what to explore including recommendations for restaurants. I would recommend it a 100%.

We had a fabulous stay! It was a dream come true. Pietro was SO helpful answering any and all questions we had. He connected us with local drivers and tour guides so we could experience local cities and have a personalized experience. We also loved the private chef that cooked us an authentic Sicilian meal at the Villa. Everyone felt like family. We all want to return. The villa was beautiful and the location was just what we were looking for in terms of easy access to the beach and restaurants

This trip was only for 1 night in Palermo, me and other guests of the host Danilo, did not even expect that you can get so many emotions and impressions from staying at his villa. Recommendations for trips, purchases to the supermarket, and the city. Constant communication, and unprecedented responsiveness and incredible responsibility. Danilo confidently helps and constantly supports his guests from planning their trip, ending only on the way home. Thank you Danilo! I hope I will be lucky enough to be in Palermo again, and then after a wonderful walk in Palermo, return to his quiet villa with friends and spend a comfortable time together.

We loved the place: good location close to the beach (10 min walk), natural reserve (20 min walk), bus ride to Palermo (direct bus 806). Grocery stores, bakery, restaurants nearby. Comfortable house with family vibes for four adults, with two full bathrooms, two balconies and a beautiful small garden where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinner or just sit in a shade. Internet worked well and allowed us to work remotely without any issues. Francesco, the host, was fast responding to our needs and questions. He prepared a welcome set of food for our late evening arrival and waited for us at the house. Thank you! Overall, great stay, would stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you Francesco!

Very nice villa with a magnificent 10*20 swimming pool surrounded by vegetation and very quiet. A small peaceful haven to make in love or with a couple of friends 20 min from Palermo and 5 min from Mondello beach. Simple and responsive communication with Cristana. We would highly recommend it.

good location, 7 minutes by foot to the nice sandy beach, supermarkets, barbershops, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. Nice, quiet and green private backyard with grill zone and with the view on the mountains. Apartment is located on the second floor, no elevator is available. The entrance to the apartment and backyard is separate and private. There is everything what one needs in the apartment, maybe not brand new furnished and equipped, but nevertheless very cozy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house! It has a great garden, plenty of space, all the necessary amenities and more than enough space for 8 people. Riccardo is friendly, gives clear instructions and is always available. We had a small problem with the electricity and that was fixed in 2 minutes thanks to our host. Great! There is little to do in the immediate vicinity, but if you have a car you can make the most beautiful outings within a 30-minute drive. Highly recommended!

Fabrizio, was so helpful from the moment we booked. The place did not have a booking the day before so he happily allowed us to check in several hours early. Salvatore warmly welcomed us at the property and gave us a tour. Cathy then got in touch to ask if there was anything we needed and she was a great help with all the hundreds of questions I had about where to eat, how to get taxis, fun places to go in Palermo etc. The house and grounds are huge and every bedroom has its own en-suite. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and lots of towels provided. Kitchen was well appointed which allowed us to cook meals with ease and there was cute tablecloths so we could dress the table and make it feel special. During our stay an item was accidentally damaged and they were very understanding and we were able to sort it out. I really appreciated that. It really felt like a home and with the fantastic service and care I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Thank you!

Lorenzo's small house is ideal for exploring Cefalu and its surroundings ! Cozy, very clean and tidy in the house , just right for 2 people ! Cozy sofa with wonderful views, terrace and garden as well and then the pool ! Unfortunately, it was still too cold for swimming in April, but we would have liked to enjoy it too - Lorenzo keeps everything clean and inviting ! Sitting outside in front of the cottage, enjoying the view, relaxing - even without bathing in the pool very relaxing! Parking safely on the property , a few steps up and you are there. Lorenzo is a great host! Always available for questions, very accommodating and helpful - we felt very comfortable with his support! Cefalu has a lot to offer - walking about 30 minutes to the center, by car only 5. Parking easily accessible - day ticket on the promenade 12 euros. From here, various destinations - old town , sandy beach , hike La Rocca, culinary specialties in wonderful restaurants! ?

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Great and lovely place. We were 11 people and rented both the units (apartment and penthouse) which worked out perfectly. Note that there are lots of stairs- may not be suitable for everyone. And there is no walkable area - you absolutely need to drive to get anywhere. Thanks Fabio for being a wonderful host!

Beautiful villa located with a wonderful view over the valley and Castelbouno town. The house was great with bedrooms on three different floors and the garden was very nice with many different lounge and dining areas. The pool area has amazing view and a really nice pool, though no fence so small kids must be watched. This is a perfect location for day trips to Céfalu with surroundings and we also really enjoyed Castelbouno town. Rosanna and her husband (and the dog Amica) took great care of us and were always available if we needed anything. The only minor issue was that we had a few power outages, but that was quickly fixed. We had a great time and would love to come again!

One of our most favourite Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in! Antonio’s place is simply stunning, you can tell the love he has put into every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The view is incredible - so many little spots around the property to take in the view from. The house is so clean and decorated so beautifully. The drive into Cefalu feels quick and easy and it’s nice to escape the crowds at the end of the day and go to a place where no one else is around. And Antonio is the best host ever! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him. He is so kind and caring and wants nothing more than to make your stay as good as it can possibly be. Truly a wonderful man. We absolutely loved our stay here. Book this place as soon as possible!

We worked with Albi, Giorgio’s sister, for our stay. She was very responsive and helpful, even when we had last minute requests for a guide to Etna, etc. I would highly recommend reaching out to her for any questions or recommendations you might want during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, but the walkable restaurant is wonderful. You will want a car though to fully explore and get to the grocery, etc. Taxis take 30-45 minutes to arrive and we found them pricey. The house is amazing, though it is important to note that the hot tub is a European hot tub that only accommodates 2 people at one time. Otherwise, the house is well furnished, stocked and has all the equipment you need to enjoy the view and the ocean! It may have been seasonal, but during sunrise and sunset the mosquitoes were horrible and made it difficult to fully enjoy the wonderful terrace.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Patrizia’s home. Very kid friendly. Everything was as described and the view was beautiful. She was very responsive when we had any questions, and cooked us a delicious pasta dinner on the first day!

Marcos place has spectacular views and great amenities Bonus was fully stocked bar for use About 20 minute drive to lovely old town and beach at Cefalu But tough to find and driveway could use some work but altogether a great place to stay for a couple of families

Stunning location. Beautiful Villa lovely decor. myself, my partner and our 4 children had a lovely stay and enjoyed the swimming pool daily. A small gym and and table tennis especially was very much enjoyed. Valeria was great and we felt welcomed. Very memorable stay with everything we needed. Close to the beach and supermarket. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the garden with olive and lemon trees and the pool. Porch with view of the ocean and mountains was wonderful. Shaded area for breakfast was nice! Martina is a warm person and very helpful as a host. It was dark when we arrived and the Sicilian mountainroads are difficult the first time for tourists so it was nice to be in contact with host for help. Recommend to arrive when light out. We enjoyed the two large dogs and several cats around, well-behaved with us and our kids. We got awesome local recommendations from host which really made our trip even better including a drive to the best beach we’ve ever seen. We mixed cooking at home and driving (15-20min) to restaurants. Not good for local area walks but garden is big. We were two adults and 10 and 14 yr old kids. Lots of space. Three bedrooms. Small but fine kitchen (no oven but microwave oven available). Very clean and comfortable, two floors, building separate from host’s. Loved our stay here!!

The house itself was impeccable: spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It’s a fantastic place if you’re looking to enjoy everything Palermo has to offer. Aldo’s place is very well situated for Mondello and just as described in the listing. Aldo’s parents (Emilio and Maria-Laura) hosted us and we’re simply charming. We used google translate to chat and text and we were very well looked after. The room has everything you need you almost feel like you have the pool and garden to yourself. The pool is beautiful and the outdoor eating area is very well equipped. We stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic time in mondello. A huge thank you to Emilio and Maria-Laura for making us feel very welcome. Home from home. The location is a 5min walk to the first public beach and a beautiful 25 minute walk along the seafront and you are in the main piazza. Notes *The best public beach is by the harbour and is spacious close to great cafes. * We used electric scooters occasionally (LIME or LINK) which were easy and fun. * You must sit at the barrels in the piazza (SCHILLACI) and try their aperativo menu - great atmosphere. * Le Lunette cafe👍

This place is located in an out of the way road and is very calm. It has the necessary equipments, the exterior is very nice and the pool is just wonderful

We loved staying here—in fact, I originally booked for 4 nights and asked to stay two extra nights. What a beautiful setting. The only small thing that didn’t work was the dishwasher, but that wasn’t a big deal.
