Monthly Rentals in Center City, Philadelphia

Loved it. Stayed here for my bf birthday after a 76ers game. Parking was fairly easy to find. Checkin was simple as it is contactless. Will definitely stay again. I do wish the kitchen was better equipped though. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and it was mostly quiet.

Staying at Qi’s lovely home was an absolute pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Qi was always available to answer our questions. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, everything was lovely. I’d love to stay here again Highly recommended!

The view is magnificent. You have a panoramic view that goes from the art museum to the north and the stadiums to the south. Center city captivates at night and, due to the orientation of the rental, the sunsets are not to be missed. The view really was the best part of the apartment. That’s not to say the rest was bad in any way, it wasn’t. The apartment is accomodating and did everything it needed to, but the view was what made it special. Literally made me smile every time I walked into the apartment. Its hard to beat the location. The building is in University City next to Drexel and Penn. Everything you could want is within a several block walk, including the subway. The building itself is great, common amenities include an outdoor firepit, grill, game room, private office space (which i used daily), free cappuccinos, and more. Staff is friendly, and they have a parking garage that is clean and safe. You will not find a better deal for the same price anywhere in the city.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was very convenient to the convention center as it was within walking distance in a safe neighborhood. Hosts were very informative prior to the stay as well as very communicative during the entire stay. We felt very safe, the building itself is very secure with cameras throughout. Hosts recommendations were very helpful and accurate. Would absolutely stay here again!
