The house looks exactly like the photos—if not even better up close! We enjoyed stunning mountain views, especially on sunny days when it wasn’t snowing. The house is fully equipped, and the fireplace warms it up quickly. We also had a special visitor every night—a friendly fox! Simona was very responsive to our messages and incredibly helpful with everything. She even left us thoughtful gifts upon check-in. A fantastic choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city!

I was very happy with this place last time I stayed here, which led to my decision to choose it for another stay in Sofia. My positive sentiment was re-affirmed – one has every amenity inside for a relatively long stay in the capital with a quick connection to the subway system. The host, Terry, was very responsive and provided useful help whenever a question sprung up or an issue was encountered.

We had a wonderful time in Velichka's beautiful apartment! You immediately feel at home, cozy, lots of light (windows) and equipped with every comfort overlooking various types of trees. Velichka is very committed and always available. Nature is around the corner, 5 minutes and you are in the forest. Buses around the corner and run on time and often. Supermarket within walking distance and nice restaurants nearby. Recommended!

Nikolay was a great host. Met me outside the building and showed my around the apartment. Lovely place, peaceful, warm and everything I needed for my weekend. He even brought and extra heater when there was a government emergency and gas went off. Not that the flat needed it, it was still warm. There is a big supermarket nearby and even a Lidl around the corner, which was good for getting food supplies. Nikolay was really responsive and hospitable. I would highly recommend staying here.
