I had an absolute wonderful stay at Sue & Rick’s Airbnb. From the moment that I arrived, they made me feel welcome in their beautiful, spacious and impeccably clean home. They have thoughtfully designed their guest space to ensure maximum comfort, providing their guest space to ensure maximum comfort, providing a cozy, well-appointed room with a comfy bed, a color TV, and a selection of healthy snacks, water and even specialty water. They had freshly brewed coffee, bagels and fruit for breakfast. Their hospitality goes above and beyond - offering their guests to access their kitchen if they wish to cook. It’s clear that their goal is to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and they truly succeed!!! To top it off, they offer all this at a very reasonable rate, making it an exceptional value. If you are looking for a welcoming comfortable, and budget-friendly place to stay in Wilmington, Delaware, I highly recommend Sue & Rick’s Airbnb. I will definitely be returning!!

The cottage is as described. It is in a quiet area; I did not hear the neighbors much at all, nor the cars on the road. I stayed during early June, so the heat wasn't as hot as it might get in August, but the cottage was consistently about 10-15 degrees cooler than the outside. The AC unit in the bedroom cooled that room quickly. Overall, a fine spot to stay for a while if you're checking out Kennett Square or the surrounding area.

We had a peaceful stay on the farm. Our senior citizen dog settled in so comfortably while we ventured off for a walk on the trails, went out to eat in downtown West Chester, and visited the Brandywine Art Museum. Peter was an excellent host.

Everything about my stay was amazing. Sue and Paul are very welcoming and kind. Their property is gorgeous! The place was very clean and felt like home. My favorite part was their incredible CD collection- any music lovers will appreciate it! I also enjoyed sitting out back and reading. Can’t recommend enough!
