Monthly Rentals in City Center, Miami Beach

I definitely recommend booking this apartment if you have the opportunity! It’s everything you need for a perfect stay at south beach! Location is perfect right next to the beach. The apartment is finished with materials that makes it easy to clean and it has everything thing you need for an enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be back here. Make sure you book in advance as the security policy and approval of the place takes a few days.

Great location if you are attending or participating at a trade show at the Beach conference center. Also short walking distance to the beach and promenade shops. Easy to get an Uber, Trolley or citi bike. Great to have a washer dryer combo for longer stays. They have everything you need. Can be noisy at night and the unit does not have a lot of natural light - otherwise it was parfect for our requirements.

This apartment has the best location you can wish for in Miami Beach. 5min walk to the beach and 10min walk to Lincoln Road. As much as it central it is still very peaceful and on a quiet street. The apartment is very well decorated with a sense of style and great aesthetic. Valerio was a super responsive host. It is a definite 5 stars!
