Monthly Rentals in Claiborne County

Kevin our host was so gracious and helpful. We spent almost the entire day with him and his staff. He owns the restaurant and pub downstairs, so you can find him very easily. My son and I had a great time with Kevin and his staff and the regular locals. We were in town for a college orientation trip. The apartment is huge. Very well decorated and super comfortable. If you’re looking to hike or explore, this is a great jump off point. You can do outdoor activities all day and come back to a great dinner and drinks. We had a great time and look forward to seeing Kevin and staff in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s place. It was very clean and accommodating. Amy was a great host. Close to LMU. We would stay there again.

It's a great homey place with a great view and close to the Cumberland Gap hiking!

This is a good little studio apartment above the main rental area. Very convenient to LMU and an extremely clean facility. Had to google how to use the AC/Heat Remote but it was no issue at all. One fan by the bed didn’t work but it was not an issue as the weather wasn’t hot. Kimberly was able to accommodate a last minute need in changing departure date and it helped with knowing this was a great place to stay. Will definitely come back for our weekend stays we are in town for baseball at LMU. Plenty of driveway parking as well with both rentals occupied.
