Spacious place! Convenient too, very near local tours and activities. Host was very friendly too!

It’s a Motel & the level of prices are just higher in Kaikoura. I enjoyed the stay!

Any confusion re: location was all mine. Once I understood I needed to check in with the Top 10 Park office, it all became too easy. My wife & I had 4 family friends from overseas staying with us, & they were VERY impressed. Kitchen Appliances, Linen etc, & then the beds themselves -firm, but we all slept really well. The bathroom was rated highly by all, & a separate "powder room" off the lounge area was a bonus. The lounge area easily accomodated us all. Outside on the deck was a Weber Gas BBQ for our use, but sadly not for us this time. A very well thought out design given the constraints of the building external dimensions. Inside, it feels very generous in it's proportions. We highly recommend this as an excellent place to stay. Try to book it for more than just a single night, which was our only regret. Our compliments to our hosts, who btw were very easily contacted. Thanks again.

Perfect base for Dolphin watching experience as literally 100 metres from booking office and cafe where you set off from! Really friendly receptionist.

Spectacular value for $200 a night - if you expect the ritz Carlton for that price then you need help. Jain was able to fit us in at super late notice and was really keen to help make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Hamner Springs is lovely and Lynnie and Andys place is a short 5 min walk to the delightful village centre. There are fabulous walks and bike trails nearby. The hot springs were a fab visit. We were given really golden local knowledge which enhanced our stay no end. Many thanks!

The rooms are much nicer than on the pictures! Jian was very friendly and let us in last minute which saved us from being homeless for the night as all decently priced accomodations of Hanmer Springs were fully booked. Highly recommend!

Staying here was a highlight - one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Fiona’s hosting was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was immaculate with everything you could ever need and more. The view over the bay was perfect. Would thoroughly recommend.

The apartment was excellent very comfortable and clean. Poppy was very welcoming and helpful. We had a ground floor apartment but if you can get a first floor apt with a sea view.

This is a great place. An easy drive or long walk to downtown Kaikōura. I actually think the pictures don't do this place justice (at least of the time of this writing). I found the room to be more spacious than the pictures lead on and the kitchen is quite functional. Plus, very nice view of the Mount Fyffe from the patio. And the bed is very comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Overall, a great little place and would definitely stay here again.

Bridget's place is close to Blenheim, yet in an area that is far enough away from the city that the stars can be seen at night. The morning views are also beautiful. The Airbnb unit was decorated with antique furnishings and beautiful artwork, it looked recently renovated. The washing and drying options were helpful. Bridget was a great resource for our questions and needs.

Easy to find and lots of birds!

It's an amazing place to stay! Well located, tidy and clean. All the amenities are so useful. I strongly recommend.

Our stay was comfortable and Michael was very accommodating. It's a motel style room which fit our purposes. We would stay again.
