Good place to stay in Altus. The pictures that are posted don't do this house justice. Based on the pictures, the house looks bare and uninviting (to me, anyway); however, this could not be further from reality. This house was great. It has cozy beds and cozy living space. The house will sleep seven but only has room for five people to sit in the living room and four at the table. We brought in one of the lawn chairs to seat the 5 of us at the table who stayed there. There is also only one bathroom, but it is roomy and clean. There were four metal lawn chairs and a table but no real outside seating. A barbeque pit and/or an outdoor fire pit would have been nice. The best part of this place was its location, location, location. It was within 0.5 miles of the Post and Bethal wineries, and if you start your tasting at the Auxark Winery, you end the tastings right near the house in case you tasted a little too much. This is a good place to stay if you are going in a group.

The house was beautiful! We came into town for business and last minute decided to stay the night! Jesse was very proactive in helping us with the accommodations for the stay that night! The house was very welcoming and cozy!! We will definitely book again next year when we are back in town!!

Stayed here while in town working. We felt at home and we had private rooms for my coworker and myself. Very nice place and a great kitchen to cook in. Overall meeting were very pleased with our stay.

My friends and i had a really good time! i really liked the vintage feel to it, that’s what originally drew me to this house. it was fairly cheap, and was perfect for valentine’s day weekend. the house was very clean, and there were lots of extra blankets and pillows for everyone
