Monthly Rentals in Colonial Heights

This was the perfect spot to rest during our road trip. It was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be staying here!

I’m a PA student doing month long rotations and this Airbnb was perfect for a long term stay! I was at Creekside Behavioral Health and it was an 8 minute drive, along with tons of food options and shopping also this close. Affordable, comfortable, clean. Zero complaints.

We really enjoyed our time staying at the RV while we got to know the area. The interior was very clean and cozy and had all the basic amenities we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed sitting outside while we watched the deer grazing and the leaves changing color. The hosts were always quick to respond to our questions and they would go out of their way to make sure we had anything we needed. We strongly recommend the camper to anyone who is interested in visiting the Kingsport area.

Paul is a great host. The house was exactly as described and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. My husband needs a firm mattress. The mattress did disappoint! Very much enjoyed our stay.
