Monthly Rentals in Cowan Head

It was such a handy location in the middle of town for all you need. The house was really cosy and welcoming with all the facilities we needed. The bed on the top floor was really comfy. The extra touches were appreciated and we loved the cosy decor. It was nice there were good books and games too. The communication from the host was superb. Thanks for a lovely Xmas stay!

This was our second stay at Low Hall Beck Barn. We had a fantastic time and the space is perfect for us. Excellent kitchen and really appreciated the extra breakfast bits, we loved our egg on toast in the morning! We loved seeing all the animals on the farm and the wander down to the river. Sedbergh is a lovely place for walking and running and perfect for a quiet weekend away. We will be back!

Although the property is set inbetween a small industrial estate there wasn't too much noise from the vehicles due to good double glazing. The property was exceptionally clean, fitted out to a high standard, and very neat and tidy. The house has it's own high quality sauna room and the property comes with it's own convenient off street parking. A short walk away, is a baker, convenience store, pub, butcher, and chip shop. Also, the property is positioned at the entrance to the beautiful Kentmere Valley, ideal for walking and cycling. We've stayed in a few places in Staveley over the years and this place is our favourite. Highly recommended.

Place was very nice and exactly as described. Walkable from the Kendal towm center, bus and train station. We came in from London and our train was until oxenholme. Had to take a taxi (around 5 mins journey) to this place. We got a self-Drive car from Kendal and explored lake district. This place does not have a parking but council parking is available right behind.
